- JARRYD Hayne is not exactly forlorn in the USA.There are problems and then there are the ones the Aussie NFL sensation has been confronting.
Since being told on Sunday that he had survived the cut to make the San Francisco 49ers final roster a few every day problems have plagued the former Parramatta Eels fullback.
The 27-year-old has even taken to social media seeking some every day life hacks to help him deal with the annoying issues regular people - non sporting superstars - deal with every day.
HAYNE’S COMPUTER GLITCH
JARRYD Hayne wants to change his Apple account so he can download American apps which are unavailable in Australia.
He felt it important enough to send out an SOS on social media.
The good news for him is he now has enough supporters in the USA, that odds are at least one of them knows how to fix his dilemma.
That seems to be exactly what happened when he tweeted about his Apple domain problem yesterday.
The struggle is real.
HAYNE’S HOUSE HUNT
NOW that he’s made the final roster cut Jarryd Hayne is moving out of his bachelor pad which he shared with 49ers teammates, including Carlos Hyde.
Hayne said on Twitter he is looking for real estate in Silicon Valley which is south of San Francisco near the outskirts of San Jose.
The 49ers new home ground Levi’s Stadium is also in San Jose.
Hayne’s real struggle didn’t go unnoticed by his teammates with 49ers running back Mike Davis taking a slight jab at the NFL rookie.
Fortunately, being an NFL star has some perks and a number of fans were happy to point the Hayne Plane in the right direction.
Some fans just found it weird to see Hayne asking his 11,000 Twitter followers how to find an apartment in California.
HAYNE’S PAY DAY
HE may still be driving around in a used Mazda, but it’s only a matter of time before Jarryd Hayne is back living the high life.
Rugby League Week reporter Tim Fuller reports Hayne could earn up to $12 million in endorsements during three seasons in the NFL.
Hayne’s three-year deal the San Francisco is worth $2.3 million, including a signing bonus of $11,400.
“Apart from the brilliant start to his playing career, these marketers believe that Hayne’s looks, physique and good ol’ Aussie mannerisms are all helping to contribute to a new phenomenon in the NFL - Haynemania,” Rugby League Week reported.
